Laboratorio di ricette per una cucina a costo e impatto (quasi) zero.

Mi chiamo Lisa Casali, ma su Ecocucina chiamatemi Lisca. Sono romagnola anche se vivo ormai da diversi anni a Milano (senza perdere l’accento però). La cucina e l’ambiente sono il mio pane quotidiano. Cibo e fornelli per passione, l’ambiente prima per studio poi per lavoro. Occupandomi ogni giorno di problematiche di inquinamento e di cucina è stato per me davvero spontaneo fondere questi due ingredienti come nella ricetta di un nuovo piatto.

My name is Lisa Casali, but call me Lisca when I’m on Ecocucina. I’m from Emilia Romagna, although I have lived in Milan for years (I still have my accent though). Cooking and the environment are my daily bread. Food is my passion, while the environment was firstly my field of study and then became my job. As I deal with problems of pollution and with cooking on a daily basis, merging these two ingredients to create a new dish was something that just happened naturally.
