SHIPPING

Each order will be delivered in 2 to 4 workdays from confirmation of availability.

The products are delivered by the courier DHL from Monday to Friday during office hours. Dispatches and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays. Any delivery date or time specified by us is an estimate only, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you resulting from any delays in delivery.

Always choose an address where someone is available to collect the package. If you prefer to receive your order at the office or at a reception, please also indicate the name of the contact person.

Once the order has been placed and confirmed, it will not be possible to change the delivery address. All orders are processed automatically and we are unble to change the shipping and delivery times. If you are not at home when the courier arrives there will be a second delivery attempt. If even the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, DHL will return the package to our warehouse.

Europe

For Europe, we offer Free Express shipping on orders over 200 €. For orders under 200 €, delivery charges will be automatically calculated at checkout after you have selected your shipping address.

Switzerland, Norway and Albania

We ship to your destination on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will not be included in the final purchase price as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.

United States

For United States, we offer Free Express shipping on orders over 500 $. For orders under 500 $, delivery charges will be automatically calculated at checkout after you have selected your shipping address. We ship to your destination on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price. No unexpected charges upon delivery.

In the shipping confirmation email there is the Tracking Number, a code that allows you to track the package in real time on the courier website. If you are a registered user, you can follow your order directly from the My Orders section

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. Once your items have been delivered and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We ship all over Europe, with the exception of Russia, Georgia and Armenia . We cannot deliver to post office boxes or “hold mail” services. Requests for orders to these addresses will be automatically canceled.
